Answer:	You aren’t missing parts! You have to unscrew the bolt and insert it through the bottom of the plate. Screw the adjuster onto the screw

It seems heavy duty but if you are new to a T and keep hitting it below the ball you will tear the bottom bolt out of the base. I would tend to recommend the Tanner Tee. This is what we use at our baseball academy for training. They really take a beating but keep pulling through.

Answer:	Different sellers are allowed to set their own prices. There are two separate listing for the same size because different sellers also appear to use different terminology in their own systems, which is all well and good until that information gets uploaded and Amazon sees them as different items.

Answer:	I don't see any issues. 43" is a pretty high pitch unless you are 6'8". My grandaughter loves it (she is 5'6") and doesn't have it set anywhere close to the full height.

Answer:	I wouldn't recommend leaving it outdoors. Even though the "cup" is thick rubber it may have a tendency to crack when weathered. Although that piece is replaceable it's a matter of how often would you really want to do that. You may want a larger plastic tee so that you can leave it outside continually.

Answer:	Yes--with modification. Initially, the ball sank halfway into the tee. The soft rubber tube/cone tee "head" can be altered to hold the ball a little higher. (Wrapped with a rubber band, etc.) A tee with a solid perch (more like an enlarged golf tee) may work better with the golf-size balls.

If you unscrew the tee from the base and compress the tee completely down so both parts are pushed down all the way, you can look up into the pipe and see a small screw. That small screw can be turned to customize the tightness (i.e. the friction that holds the tee in position) of the adjusting part. We recommend to our customers every 3-4 months is a good time to check the friction as described above and tighten or loosen it as you see fit. Answer:	I love the way these fit! The sleeves are perfect length and fit is great all way! Not baggy at end. The Iltex brand is the best I’ve found for fit in length and fitting of arms. I weigh 130 at 5’4”. I get a size large. The shirttail hems and longer length works great with all my Capri style leggings

Answer:	yes they are pretty soft, my son hates scratchy clothing and he loves these.
