It’s cut to fit and barely covers belly button!! I prefer tops that are longer!!!! That’s why I never buy clothes on line because you never know how they’re going to fit/look!!! It was actually a bday gift for my 12yr. old, since it’s SO short waisted and tight, she was uncomfortable wearing it so I wound up having to go buy a long black tank top/camisole for her to wear under it!!! Also, I would strongly recommend washing it with delicates and hanging it dry!!!! All of these tops we purchased are the same way!! Very tight and short and cut very small!!!!! Hope that helps!!!
