Answer:	Same problem here, one of the side shields has popped off, they use plastic clips to hold them in place (not metal) so after 2 weeks of use, the plastic fatigued out and will not stay in place. 1 yr warranty but they don’t respond...

Answer:	No, they are an inch and 3/4 in with and there sewn up with a wire inside so, I will not recommended. If it is for hair yeah they are cute, but not going to do for face mask . I ordered the following one called: Yao Stars and it came with 9 pieces and I was able to sew an additional layer to them to make it stronger and they were the type that can use for head band and ski mask. I will say those are better. Again is just a suggestion and I’m not trying to sell a product.

Answer:	Hello, This is one long band that must be twisted once (to make it tighter) and then wrapped around the head. The band comes with a pictorial that is easy to follow. I have ordered two and like them very much. My head is kind of small, so even when the band is wrapped, as pictured, I also take some of the excess cloth and tie it in a knot at the nape of my neck to make the band snug, like a head band.
