Answer:	If you need a step these aren’t the answer. They sit tall which is great for kicking snow off your boots, protecting your paint from flying rocks from your front tires, and inconsiderate people who might open their door into the side of you. IMO sits too high for a step.
Question:	How do you size this watch? There are no directions included
Answer:	I haven’t taken them off-roading however my boots have scratched them just from getting into the truck so I’d say the finish isn’t going to withstand much. As for being structurally sound, I wouldn’t recommend using them as rock sliders-spend the few hundred bucks more and get steel ones if you intend to pivot over rocks. I also don’t recommend lifting the entire weight of the truck-with any type of jack-on just the bars themselves, I mean they might withstand but I wouldn’t risk it, they’re pretty lightweight and hollow. Stick to the frame or the rim for lifting with a high lift jack.
