There were three things different about my watch in the one they had: mine says Swiss made at the bottom of the dial and is missing the words stainless steel and sapphire crystal on the back of the watch. However, the 42 mm version of the watch had those same differences. I checked with Hamilton customer support and they said that it was probably just a production run difference. Also, my watch band goes with the 40 mm version of the watch but those things get swapped so often that doesn't surprise me. Based on this, I'd have to say your watch is probably authentic. |

| Answer: | I have pretty small wrists (6inches circumference?) and I end up using the last available hole in the strap (the smallest it will go). Even though I have to use the smallest possible hole in the strap, I don't have any issues. If you need it smaller than that, you can go to a jeweler who can cut out a hole even further down the leather strap. Or you can change out the leather entirely and use canvas straps instead (if you want the James Bond Omega type look). |

I have to say, The Field Khaki is my favorite watch out of the dozen or so watches I own (auto wind, solar(seiko)/eco(citizens) charge, and manual wind). The accuracy is about =/- 10-15 seconds a week (typically it will be fast). For the price, you get a lot of old-skewl goodness;-)> |
