Question:	How open back of watch to get mechanical workings
Answer:	Neither the front or back of the pocketwatch screws onto the watch. The back of the watch is a metal cap that pushes on. If you look on the side of the watch, you can see a gap where the cap edge is. Take a knife that you do not mind it touching metal, and carefully and very gently push the blade into the gap. There is no need to use the tip of the blade, but use a spot further down the blade. The gap will become wider. Continue to move the knife around the watch until the gap becomes wide all around. Point the glass to the ground and the cap upward. At this point, the cap will pull off. Inside you will see a plastic ring around the mechanism that spaces the clock face and rear cap apart, and the mechanism with clock face. They will both pull out, leaving only the glass in the front. Make sure you have removed the winding pin before taking the watch apart. Make sure the hole for the winding pin is alligned before putting back together, and the plastic ring is sitting correctly and will leave the hole for the pin to pass through. I had to disassemble it to adjust the hands of the 24 hour clock, because this was off by 1 number, and to make the two second hands face the same direction. The watch doesnt appear to allow second hand adjustment with the winding pin, but if you want to avoid disassembling the watch, you can speed up the second hand by rapidly rotating the watch back and forth a few hundered times in your hand, until the second hand is where you want it.

Answer:	Ticks normal speed, sounds fast but keeps perfect time. Can't hear it tick unless you hold it up to your ears. Takes about 10 windings for it to run a few days before winding it again.

How to use/set mechanical pocket watch ?

Once you receive the mechanical watch:

A. Setting time

Pull the crown away from base of the watch and turn the crown clockwise until reaching the exact time.

B. Winding the watch

Push the crown back into place along the base of the watch and winding up the watch clockwise rotation with 30-40 turns. The power will be full(Over winding will ultimately break the spring). Do this one time each day (before sleeping). Otherwise, it will stop working. Please do not over winding up the watch if you feel the crown is tight.
