Answer:	I run in these several times a week without socks down a dirt road with gravel. The only problem I have is occasionally hitting a rock on the ball of the foot, and that hurts. No blisters though. Very comfortable shoe. You should have no problem on the tread mill.

Answer:	If pants catching Velcro is a constant issue, you can buy Hook and Loop (Velcro) fastener in a strip or roll at any fabric store. Answer:	I am typically a 10 (US) but I was a little unsure on the sizing of this shoe so I ordered an 11. I'm so glad I did. The length on the 11 is perfect and they are actually a bit snug, though please take that with a grain of salt because my feet fit some shoes just fine and some others are too snug for me. I actually measured my foot and got closer to around 43 EU which is why I chose to order the size 11 US. If you aren't familiar with how to calculate your European shoe size, here's the formula: SIZE = 1.5 x (foot length in cm + 1.5).I know this was a bit lengthy, but hopefully it helps answer your question!

Answer:	I don’t know if a 12 exist. I want a 12 as well. Bought the 11. It just fit. So if you are a 12.5, the 11 will be too small. Love the shoe.

Answer:	it will as it has patterns. However, depends on the floor condition and how dirty the shoe is!
