Question:	What is the meaning of 2E and d(m) next to the shoe sizes
Answer:	For width only, D is like a 'normal' boot, 2E is like a large, 4E would be like an extra large. Note that I had these boots in a 13-D 2 years ago and they were snug but felt great. I just got another 13-D pair and even after a month of break-in they still hurt like h@@@ and caused blisters. Returning them and ordering 13-2E feels like the 13-D i had 2 years ago. Snug but not too snug. If you sometimes get a wide boot, definitely get these in a wide.
Question:	Are these slip resistant enough to be worn in a restaurant
Answer:	No
Question:	Looking for an everyday boot, not going to put them through hell but light work. Will this suit me
Answer:	Depends. What do u mean by "everyday boot"? If you meant work then i would consider that it DOES NOT HAVE A STEAL TOE. For casual wear or everyday use i would highly recommend it
Question:	Can these clear a walk through metal detector
Answer:	Probably not. They do have metal eyelets for the laces.

Save the EVA for your tennis shoes. For a boot to truly hold up day after day in the field, it needs to be built with materials that are more durable. That's why we use a 100% rubber outsole for our Tachyon. With pentagonal lugs for maximum surface contact and superior grip, it'll hold up longer, provide better traction, all while keeping an athletic feel for comfort and mobility.

Lace Up, Roll Out.

We know being able to move out quick means getting your boots on fast. The Tachyon uses special speed lacing hardware to allow for toe to top tightening with one swift tug. You’ll get a snug fit that hugs the foot, and you’ll get it quickly. Less time lacing up for more time getting the job done.

Lightweight. It's one of the biggest draws towards a trainer-inspired boot. However, finding the balance between lightweight construction and durability can be a real challenge. We sought out 500 Denier Nylon to help solve this problem, as we know it to provide one of the lightest strength-to-weight ratios out there. Matched with strategically placed full-grain leather we’re able to build the Tachyon upper to be every bit as strong as it is lightweight. Answer:	Look in the description, there are 2 version's 1 is waterproof, ( no holes for air flow) the other isn't. The waterproof boot cost more.
Question:	have you guys used this pair of boots for a ruck march
Answer:	I've done everything from 4 mile to 12 mile ruck marches in these in 100+ F temps. I'm on my 4th pair in nearly 6 years and I love that there's no break in time. I've literally done a ruck with these within the first week of receiving them and what blisters I have gotten as a result of rucking have been minor.
Question:	Can these be worn with the new ocp army uniform
Answer:	Yes, the Mojave option is the same as Coyote Brown and the boots are within regulations.

Answer:	I don’t lace them tight because I zip them on and off. They give moderate angle support when tied tight. Taller would give strong ankle support. But these are the Best boots I ever had.

Answer:	I’ve been wearing mine for ems work for just over a year now. Scuffs and normal wear and tear but didn’t fall apart. Maybe yours were defective.
Question:	I wear a 9 1/2 regular shoe should I get a 10 or do they run big
Answer:	I defiantly disagree that these run big.. I usually wear a 11 or 11.5 wide, and I ordered an 11 W based on answers here, but the toe box was so narrow that I could barely squeeze my foot in; and that was after taking the laces almost completely off and working and stretching them to try and loosen them up.. I had to go back and look at the box and read the label several times to make sure it was an 11W.. and the labels confirmed.. I'd probably have to go to a 12 or 13 W to get one to fit, but I'm just returning and trying something else.. too bad.. they looked like great deal

Answer:	They are really a good boot. Couple of in. of snow.AOK. But they are not water proof that I known of. I just ordered another pair.
Question:	I wear a size 8 in shoes, what size should i go with
Answer:	Honestly, I personally would go with one size up. The ones I got were very snug until they broke in, but still feel tighter than I like.It seems to me that shoe size differs from boot, at least to me! I ordered my sneaker fit size, but should have gone with my previous boot fit which is one size up from what I wear in sneakers and shoes. Good boots for the price, only lasted about 7 months before they started to need repairs. Good luck!
