Answer:	Not fleece lined I would consider this a warm weather jacket only. It is very European cut so unless you are very slight in build I highly recommend going a size up if you want to wear a lining. I am a natural med/lg with average shoulders and chest and the large is really too small for me especially if I am wearing a heavy shirt underneath. Keep in min if you are trying to keep any part of you dry from the waist down this is not a good jacket! Columbia has some rain pants and I think this is the top for those.

There is a column test that they do and if it is rated over a certain threshold it is considered essentially waterproof for all practical purposes. I would have to look up the actual numbers. The “waterproofness” is provided by a DWR, Durable Water Resistant coating. Even on the most expensive jackets in the world this coating wears off and has to be replenished with another DWR Coating. The best is supposed to be Grainger using the washing machine method. If for some reason this jacket is not waterproof enough for you or it’s waterproof coating wears out, the jacket seems well made and is very affordable, put a Grainger DWR treatment on it and see what happens. But the waterproof is provided by the DWR, not the jacket.

Answer:	Being 6' an 285lbs I found the vest riding up past my neck when sitting in the kayak. It did zip up ok but I couldn't get the lower straps tight enough to keep the vest from riding up on me.
