They had steel zippers all through the coveralls reinforced material on knees and elbows. (honestly I would not buy the Rothco Flight Coveralls) they are (over price and extremely cheaply made) they should be selling for $10.00 a pair! The pair I bought did not last 1 year. | Answer: | Depends on what you mean by any patch. I have had the best luck with iron-on embroidered/applique patches due in part to the texture of the jacket working more cohesively with that variety of patch more effectively than screen-printed patches. If you do iron on your patches, I would advice a low or medium iron setting, in addition to laying a cloth over the patch when doing so, and following up by securing it in place with a needle and thread. That way the patch is more or less permanent. The risk a higher heat setting brings is that it might break down the fabric and ruin your jacket. Hope this helps, best of luck! |

| Answer: | I ordered this jacket and I was insulted by the way that it was packaged and sent to me. The jacket was rolled up like a "bed roll" and stuffed into a postal envelope. The jacket was completely wrinkled, like a dried prune. I thought the jacket would arrive in a nice box and folded properly. I was really mad at receiving a piece of clothing packed and shipped so indiscriminately. I returned the jacket immediately. However, I did try it on to see how the wrinkles looked. The jacket is light and thin. Not bulky or puffy. I did not like the way the zipper is exposed. It looks like you are showing your teeth up and down the jacket. |
