Answer:	I can only speak for the pair I bought on close out on Amazon, and the wool is actual sheep hide. I know because I’ve raised sheep for many many years. Regrettably my pair is made in china so I will not buy another unless that changes. Only buy if it says 100% wool, then return if it’s not because that would then be deceptive advertising.

Answer:	Yes it is, but linning is not as thick as some other slippers I have had in years past. My biggest complaint is the intersole, it had bald spots in a week, I replaced it

Answer:	I think that description is the same. I've seen it described both ways. Old Friends calls it their bootee slipper. When folded down it hits just below/at the ankle. When unfolded (i.e. up) it covers the ankle. It's made of sheepskin fleece, as pictured. I love these slippers! Very comfortable and super warm.

Answer:	I really don't know. I ordered the Woman's Ankle Slipper six or seven years ago and loved them until I wore out the soles. I ordered a new pair last month and they are the same wonderful, warm and cozy slippers.

Question:	How squishy are these
Answer:	YES! My daughter wears either a 7.5 or an 8 shoe depending on the style. I bought her the large size (8-9) and her heel came to the very back edge of the scuff. This was in bare feet. She did not like that so I had to return them for the 9.5-10.5 size. This size fits her better. Now maybe some people like their foot to sit flush with the end of the scuff. If they do, fine. My daughter said it felt like she was about to loose the scuff, like her foot was about to slip out of it. That said, these were brand new and the sheep skin was still super fluffy. Maybe after a few months of wearing them the sheepskin might get broken down a bit. Time will tell. We exchanged hers for a bigger size.

Answer:	Not sure but lining is very plush and soft - breaks in easily and very comfy. Doesn't stink so may be real...
Question:	What is return/exchange policy
Answer:	As a previous purchaser wrote, I also wear my slippers indoors. If the soles appear soiled, I just use a slightly soapy sponge to clean them. I also use a brush to give the sheepskin a light brushing off now and then.

Answer:	I no longer have the box because my granddaughter loved the dog on it! I am guessing they are made in China. They are extremely well made and worth the money. People have been commenting on the fit, but I have found that all slippers seem to run a bit small. If you are in-between sizes, go up. The "fluff" inside makes them a bit snug at first, but they will mold to fit your foot in a couple times wearing them. This is my second pair over the last couple years. I just like new ones!

Answer:	I would not call them squishy. The interior of the slipper is very comfortable. The plush fur like is very warm, and the loft of insole feels firm with a little give. JUST RIGHT. We love these slippers.

Answer:	Not sure if the concern is sweating in the shoes but I wear them in the summer on cool nights (and my feet sweat more than some, I think). My feet don't sweat in these like they have in other Old Friend mocs with fleece lining. Does that help?
