Answer:	I had a similar issue. I dont know the dimension, but this was the only 45 which worked for me. I used this along with MBUS and it worked great. Whichever rear sight you use will still come very close to the eyepiece so be careful of that too.

I will mount this on a SKS barrel so I think your item will also fit your AR barrel. The BR005S has three lengths of screws included for a fit for more options. Yes, either will support a foregrip
