Answer:	Insoles are lightly glued in toward the heal. With a little work you can remove them without damaging the insole or shoe. I wear orthotics and they fit best with the insoles removed.

Answer:	I wear mine all the time. Warm enough for cold weather, but not too warm for warm weather. Obviously not something you would want to wear on the hottest day of the year, though.

Answer:	if you wear wide size, do yourself a favor and go up a size. 10.5 wide were painfully tight and I have never had a shoe described as wide fit this poorly. I would hate to see what the regular width might be as the wide was WAY more narrow than anticipated

Answer:	You're going to want to sun dry them for several hours. Lets say it takes 6 after 3 hours put fabric softner sheets in the front like 2 or 3 each. Also it would be good to wash them. Let them sit in a bucket of warm water with some non damaging soap (use a old toothbrush to clean the nooks and crannies). This process takes 1.5 days one day to clean .5 to dry.

Answer:	ECCO recommends a size 43 in this style. ECCO's are considered Medium "M" or "D" widths however this style has a removable insole for an extra width option and should accommodate up to a "EE" width depending on individual foot characteristics. Half sizes are not available in ECCO shoes, a size 43 typically fits a 9-9.5.

Answer:	I wear a 9.5 W in just about every athletic shoe and I ordered a 9.5 2E and it fits just right!
Question:	How are they on ice? Do you slip
Answer:	I haven't soaked these Merrells yet. They are comfortable and light. Nice shoe. Not sure about the other Gore tex model.I have had other types of hunting boots with Gore waterproof. I'm not impressed with Gore.
Question:	the shoes size listed is UK or US size
Answer:	I have a wide foot. Usually get a EEE when available. The 10.5 W Moab works great. Went on a 23 mile AT hike with them and was very comfortable. Good ankle support too. I highly recommend

Answer:	Love the comfort so I'm on my 3rd pair. Not 1 has been Waterproof out of the box. Maybe a little water resistant at best.
