It really would be better to also include a "W". Also Adidas tends to run a bit narrow, so it's understandable to think they put the wrong shoe in the box! |

My first two pairs were made in the USA, supremely comfortable, very hard wearing, so good that I bought another pair. Serious mistake. Though they looked exactly the same, my feet told me otherwise. Made in the Dominican Republic from stiff and unforgiving (cheap?) leather, they just refuse to break in after painful hours of wearing. If they don`t give in soon they`ll go to a charity shop. It somehow makes the waterproofing fail. for me anyway. As long as I completely dry them before wearing them again, they stay waterproof for a long long time. I put my shoes on the heat vent or radiator when wet so they completely dry before putting them on again. |

I suspect that the customer who said that their shoes were not waterproof bought the shoes w/o waterproofing and thought they were getting waterproof shoes so their review was likely about the wrong product :) |
