Go down a size or 2 from what they say to be safe...ie 11-14 more easily fits 9.5 to 12. They do stretch well though.

Answer:	No, this is one of the styles that has slide soles on both feet. And neither the slide sole nor heels are removable. If you mean replaced like once they wear out? Sadly also no. Basically once the soles are done so are the shoes. But they would easily last a season or two of league with practice in there. As long as you get some shoe covers to avoid getting them dirty when not on the approach and seating area.
