Answer:	I'm considering these for my newly purchased Keds and saw your question. I have this problem often in the heel because I have a narrow foot. Answer:	I have a collapsed arch in my right foot. I wear orthotics in my street shoes. I bought the liners to wear in my pool shoes when I do water aerobics. I bought the S and I wear a size 7. These are designed for several sizes. You trim some of the edges off depending on the size you want. With an XS I trimmed off a little bit. You would trim off a bit more for a 6.5. It seams that the XS might work, although 6.5 would be the maximum range for that size so there would be no ability to modify. If I were purchasing this with your shoe size I'd get the S.

Answer:	I think the difference is level two is a full insole and level three is a 3/4 insole.
