Answer:	Try changing the channel settings on the headphones. Plug headphones base directly into tv. Check the volume is turned up on the headphones. The base has a red light when charging headphones and blinks green when charged.

If there is an audio signal being transmitted they stay on and play it if the audio signal is lost they stop and will continue when audio does. Answer:	Environmental Liability Manager here. Due to the language of Prop 65, anybody can sue anybody over their product, so everybody in CA puts a prop 65 warning label on their products. This actually defeats the purpose of the legislation. This is a 'zero risk' model that is used in Europe. America uses a 'risk benefit' model, where a certain degree of risk is acceptable. I doubt the boots are dangerous. You get a much higher exposure of toxic chemicals when you pump your own gas.
