They are not advertised as water proof but so far (rain ) he has not had a problem. Answer:	Environmental Liability Manager here. Due to the language of Prop 65, anybody can sue anybody over their product, so everybody in CA puts a prop 65 warning label on their products. This actually defeats the purpose of the legislation. This is a 'zero risk' model that is used in Europe. America uses a 'risk benefit' model, where a certain degree of risk is acceptable. I doubt the boots are dangerous. You get a much higher exposure of toxic chemicals when you pump your own gas.

They are steel toe AND have a bit of a heal to them without being overly dramatic which as a woman in construction, feels like a fair compromise to me! Honestly, I thought I had back problems until I started wearing these boots and the memory foam is AHHH MAZING!! I’m a size 6 and can wear 6 or 6.5 confortably (only bought size 6.5 cuz I love these do much I couldn’t go without & my puppy ate the last pair🙄). I promise— you won’t find more comfortable Osha approved, cute, quality, boots. And certainly not for this price, at that! That’s my 2 cents. Sketchers... huh! Who knew!? Answer:	No worries, I own a pair of the (stylish) brown 10 (W) and recall the day I was watering the potted plants on my porch and paid no attention that I was getting my comfortable kicks wet. Well after the fact, I was almost sure that I ruined them, NOT!! Yes, they spotted yes, they Looked blotched, but no no no no NO, because as soon as they dried my relaxed fitted kicks were looking shiny & new once again; I say again because as other proud owners have said these baby's ARE WATER PROOF, YES!! 6= years (shinning them myself) with a soft dry or damp terry-cloth these baby's are still looking sharp n stylish as ever.
Question:	Do these have a steel toe
Answer:	Although these boots don't technically have a "steel toe", neither do many of the other brands that use that language when describing their boots either. What my husband L-O-V-E'S about these boots is that he stands ALL DAY LONG- on a Concrete Floor in a Millwork Shop, and before we got these boots, he would literally come home and just Collapse on the couch (this is a Really Fit Guy, btw!), ALL because his feet were killing him! The reason his "Old" boots were killing him, you ask?! They indeed were SO OLD that they DID have REAL STEEL TOES- and they weighed about 15 pounds a boot! Now, this guy is a retired Marine, so Boots are kind of 'his thing'.....but apparently his ability to replace them went out the window 16 years ago when he married me! So, his boots (although not 16 years old, were darn near that!)~~ With these Sketchers, they are lightweight (thus the "steel Toe" discussion), hold up, and for all us girls out there....they really Don't Smell after a long day wearing them in the heat--surprise, surprise!! All in all, they were an awesome buy, and I WILL buy them again for him when he wears these ones out!

Answer:	2E is "Double E, or extra wide. D(m) is medium or standard width.

Answer:	Some what water proof but it's always a good idea to spray the boots with water proofing leather protector. I do every time I buy these and they last a lot longer.

Answer:	Certainly . though your question leaves a lot to be imagined, for instance. What is the surface material you are walking on while wet? Steel , moldy wood , mud in a Louisiana pond? Many issues can cause normally infallible tools to appear to fail. The boots in question work very well on hard unsealed concrete, also stainless steel sheeting for food service plants .
