Answer:	I wear an 11.5w in shoes and 11.5w in these boots, they fit me true to size.They do fit snug at first and then they fit perfectly after break in time so, I would not suggest getting a bigger size.

Answer:	My size 9(M) pair with a pair of gel insoles weigh about 4lb&7oz. They are 2-3oz lighter than my well worn (soles worn down considerably) 8.5E Red Wing 2414's. When I first got my Red Wings they were a lot heavier than my previous boots so I noticed their weight but my Carhartts don't seem heavy to me.

Answer:	I've only had mine for about 9 months and I have only worn them a few dozen times. They're comfortable and don't seem particulary in hot weather & my feet don't sweat in them. I think they'll last for years judging by the quality. Hope this helps you make a decision.

Answer:	They are waterproof. I'm a commercial flat roofer and I walk in 2-4 inches of water frequently. Have never had water get inside.

Question:	How are these in below freezing temps
Answer:	Not so good. These are not winter boots. I'm a commercial flat roofer in Michigan and I work year around. Below 15 degrees and my toes are cold but tolerable. Below 5 degrees and I have to change them out to my Cabelas Predators. Very tough boot though. I've beat them up hard all winter long and they barely feel broken in. I put 10 to 12 hours a day on them and I'm very happy. Buy the inserts/insoles and thank me later.

Answer:	I know this is an old question, but I do believe they are made in the US. Last year my husband purchased a pair like he always does. After about 4 months, the sole started to come off. I called wolverine and they told me that we were sold a model that they don't make anymore so the glue probably disintegrated. I told them that I couldn't afford a new pair and that my husband needed them to work. They sent out a new pair (free of charge) express shipping and I had to send the old ones back. We will forever be a Wolverine family now

Answer:	Hello - the CME6055 is NOT steel toe. But the CME6355 is the composite toe version of this same shoe. They look identical. Our Composite toe offers the same protection against impact and compression standards, but it's non metallic so not as heavy as steel toe version. Hope this helps!
Question:	I know it is described as a soft toe boot, but does the "molded toe bumper" feel as if it's a safty/composite toe boot
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. The CME6055 is a non safety boot that does not provide any type of protection for the toe area. The toe bumper does make the boot a bit stiffer in the toe area but will not protect the toes if some hard falls on the toe area.

Answer:	They are leather, and not thin/cheap leather. I bought a pair for my husband a few monthes ago, he is INSANELY hard on his work boots (and we normally buy much more expensive work boots for him) but these are holding up great and he absolutely loves them. He loves not constantly having to tie/untie them. They did take him a good week of 14+ hour work days before they were broken in.

Answer:	Yes they do. Stout enough I can’t wear them through TSA Pre Check.
