Question:	What size to choose? i run using a nike pegasus 35 size male us 8 (wide fit). my feet are 26cm length and 10.25cm wide
Answer:	The sole is more less flat, with soft spikes on the surface. Some of these spikes have fallen off due to running on concrete and asphalt, so I should probably not run on roads anymore. Shoes might be a bit soft for doing squats and deadlifts in the gym.

Answer:	I run on asphalt here on base in them. They work great, especially on dirty surfaces. I never tried them on track, but judging by how aggressive the treads are, I think they would be too sticky for that.

Answer:	Very soft, and wears out fast. The sole of my pair of speedcross 4 showed signs of serious wear after only two months and about 50 miles. I am a little disappointed since they are not inexpensive shoes.

Answer:	This shoe is more comfortable than most, if not any I've worn on sidewalks. The shank seems more firm than a typical tennis shoe ...not quite as 'bendy in that part of the shoe. The whole sole offers significant protection to the bottom of the foot as it is more padded without feeling too 'springy'. I don't have plantar fasciitis whether this shoe will do the trick for you will probably depend on the specific cause of the ailment in your feet.
Question:	How do you loosen ties
Answer:	When you find the right shoe, you tend to keep with it, I've had numerous pairs of the Lone Peaks, starting with the 2.0s. The 3.5s fit was off from previous generations - def required you to size up, and they still felt smaller in the toe box, toes felt cramped -disappointment. I didn't want to make the same mistake, so I went down to a local shop and tried the 4.0s on. They do not have the same size issue as the 3.5s, and I think they fit better then the previous generations before it. I also tried on the Torin, and Superior 4.0s for good measure, fit was similar. I walked out of the store with the Lone Peaks on.

Answer:	I think they would be good for rucking, I don’t use them for that but at 6’4” 285# I use them for boots in the summer for utility work carrying pipe,pumps, tools, etc and have been wearing this pair for 3.5 months and there still in good shape I already bought another pair for when the time comes but haven’t had to use them yet .
