If there is one already attached to the generator and the unit does not turn, then remove the starter motor and check to see if the plastic gearhead is stripped or cracked. Then this kit would work. However, if you don't have a starter motor, and you want to add electric start capability, then this kit is not for you. You would need a motor, solenoid, and push-button start switch plus wiring. There is nothing to keep your foot from pushing out from the sides, and to be a good walking shoe, you need that side support. Also, the support for the arch is lacking and the foot bed is squishy. Others say they are comfortable, just don't plan on doing any real walking in them. |
