Answer:	They sort of run small so even with the wide, you may want to go up a half size. I normally wear a 6 1/2 W or 7 reg. I have the 7 wide and my toes are at the tip of the shoes. They do allow more flex in the width, so they feel better then some. I have bunions on both sides of both feel but one that is particularly bad and these work decently for 12 be shifts in a hospital.

In cross country running that's a recipe for a twisted or sprained ankle. For flat out competitive hard surface running, they are just too heavy and bulky. ** I personally wear them for work. I did order a 1/2 size larger, because the hardest part of our hike was 10 miles down into the Canyon and needed that extra toe room. Also laced them up really well to prevent shifting in that extra 1/2 inch... and they were fantastic. Good grip and traction, and fabulous comfort all day. Highly recommended... I’ve had prob 5 pairs of these in the past several years. Hiking, walking, jogging, running, working; Whatever! These will keep your feet happy.

Answer:	I wear 10.5N or 11N in athletic shoes, 10N in other/dress/casual shoes. These only came medium width, but after reviews, ordered in 10.5B and have been great for me. I did remove insole and replaced with custom orthotics for plantar f. which has finally improved after more than a year of treatment and being REALLY careful of what shoes I wore. Back on site today to see about replacing first pair of these as they have worked so well. Have another pair of Asics in 11N that also worked well. Always wore New Balance in narrow, but made the switch after trouble finding narrows and problems with feet. I also have very high arches and narrow feet. Also wish more shoes came in 10.5, as often the 11's are too large. These worked.

Answer:	I have very flat feet, but also underpronate. Being flat-footed, anytime I would go get fit for running shoes, I would always be recommended expensive stability shoes. I'm also heavy-set and have had foot/knee/joint pain since I was a little kid. As a kid I was prescribed orthopedic shoes with form-fitted arch supports, so stability shoes seemed like the natural grownup version. Being that maybe my feet are anatomically flat , that extra arch support would always be painful at some point when jogging, usually once I got warmed up at around 1/2-3/4 mile. I always thought I just had to run through this, and it was a fact of life... I finally came across these shoes. They were recommended on some site I found as a budget friendly option. I figured since they were so cheap, even if I hated them, they were literally one-quarter the price of the last fancy pair of running shoes I had bought. Lo and behold, these were the ideal shoes for me. They're simple, but light, have a reasonable amount of support, and provide for a nice, even ground strike. I don't know how they would fit if you have high arches, and probably wouldn't be good for collapsed arches either. All I know is, I did a 10k and didn't realize until I was done that I experienced no foot or joint pain the entire time. note: I've never gone for a jog for more than a quarter mile and not experienced some sort of foot, knee or shin pain.
