Answer:	I just received mine. I am a true 9.5 womens and was sent a Mens size 8. I just looked at other conversion charts online and they recommend a men's size 7.5 instead. They are snug around my feet, but almost 3/4-1 inch too long. I would recommend at HALF size lower. I use these shoes for kayaking and I don't need any extra length in the toe box for getting in and out of my kayak. Hope this help!

Answer:	I disagree with the previous posts. I used them to hike down a very muddy and rocky trail to a the Queens Bath in Kauai and they were perfect. Tennis Shoes are a terrible idea for hiking. The mesh confirms to your foot and does not irritate or rub. The barefoot feel helped me navigate the rocky terrain; protecting my feet and allowing me to feel the ground beneath me. The holes in the bottom allowed me to rinse the mud out and dry quickly.

Answer:	Rose with Pedag USA: Holiday is semi-rigid and helps keep feet in correct alignment. For those with moderate alignment concerns Holidya should benefit you. If you have very high arches and a great degree of over-supination you may not benefit from a semi-rigid orthotic because your foot is already too rigid in the mid-foot. The more flexible support in our item Relax may work better. Relax also has a heel cup that provides stability. Pedag makes two items for over-supinators: Correct Plus and Correct. Over-supination with or without high arches is much less common than over-pronation. Hence, there are very few over the counter items made people with these issues.

Answer:	It has very decent support, I also have flat feet and almost exclusively wear walking shoes. I find these incredibly comfortable!

Answer:	I just tried on a pair of these in a store, to see what size I needed since I haven't tried this brand yet. I normally buy 10 in athletic shoes. But the 10 in this was too snug and my toe hit the end of the shoe...11 was too big and my foot was swimming in them. Answer:	They don't have any support - you are not going to get support from a shoe that is predominately mesh in the upper. There is nothing to keep your foot from pushing out from the sides, and to be a good walking shoe, you need that side support. Also, the support for the arch is lacking and the foot bed is squishy. Others say they are comfortable, just don't plan on doing any real walking in them.

Also laced them up really well to prevent shifting in that extra 1/2 inch... and they were fantastic. Good grip and traction, and fabulous comfort all day. Highly recommended... I’ve had prob 5 pairs of these in the past several years. Hiking, walking, jogging, running, working; Whatever! These will keep your feet happy.

Answer:	I wear 10.5N or 11N in athletic shoes, 10N in other/dress/casual shoes. These only came medium width, but after reviews, ordered in 10.5B and have been great for me. I did remove insole and replaced with custom orthotics for plantar f. which has finally improved after more than a year of treatment and being REALLY careful of what shoes I wore. Back on site today to see about replacing first pair of these as they have worked so well. Have another pair of Asics in 11N that also worked well. Always wore New Balance in narrow, but made the switch after trouble finding narrows and problems with feet. I also have very high arches and narrow feet. Also wish more shoes came in 10.5, as often the 11's are too large. These worked.

Answer:	The big ball joint in my foot hurts all the time too. It’s arthritic and big. I can walk in these shoes and not have any pain. They are cushiony on the inside but the sole is harder. The way they are designed you don’t get all that pressure on that joint. I also think I was over compensating for the pain in my foot and my knee started bothering. These shoes I really do believe realign your body. Knee pain is gone and my back feels better. I love these shoes.

Answer:	I also used to wear sketchers shape ups they are a great shoe. The Gravity shoe is different because the shoe insole hugs your foot, it offers support and structure for your flat feet. It does take some time to get used to them so when you buy them don’t give up when your feet hurt the first week or so. I don’t know anything about bunions so I can’t attest to that and these shoes. But, I think reguardleas because you stand on concrete all day your feet will hurt no matter which shoe you wear. All I know is that when I don’t wear the Gravity shoe, my feet can tell the difference. Good Luck.
