Answer:	I take a size 10. When I bought my Moab 1 a few years ago, I bought a size 10 and they were too small. I had to by a 10.5 and wore those comfortably for years. I recently bought a pair of Moab 2 in a 10.5 and it was too small.

Answer:	Hmm.... probably a bit tight if you have a wide toe box. We've had some people wear them and love them, but we don't typically recommend it. If someone/you has a concern about a wide toe box, then these probably aren't perfect for you. In that case, we recommend our newest shoes, the Stealth Ultras which are now for sale in our Amazon store. They have much more space in the toe box : )

Answer:	They are made to be a cross trainer but they are light weight like a 880 but their soul is more substantial and don't break down like the 880. I have replace the 880 with the 517. You will enjoy them as a running shoe.
