Despite the fact that she’s finished grad work, she is still a Nike fan. She does the ‘Beach Body Series’ workout 4-5 mornings. Her workout includes 3-4 steps and she wears them during each workout. She has mentioned that she wears ONLY her Nike’s for this workout that requires agility and balance. I would say, however, that if your foot is even a bit wider, Nike’s would NOT be the shoe for you. My daughter’s feet are narrow-regular. If one has a regular-to-wide foot, Nike would NOT be the best shoe for your feet. Again, if the buyer has a regular-to-even mildly wider foot, Nike is NOT the most comfortable athletic shoe. |
