Answer:	I can confirm that the 8-9M US insole WILL fit size 9.5 Timberland Pros just fine. I have 9.5W Timberland Pro Pitboss boots fitted with the medium (8-9) anti fatigue insole. The portion of the insole in front of the arch is oversized and will need to be trimmed. I trimmed about a quarter inch off mine using the original insole as a template.

Answer:	Yes sir, I took the soles out of my steel toed boots and replaced them with these. Haven’t had a problem with my feet hurting sense and I’m in the 40-50 hours a week minimum.

Answer:	I don't have a measurement of the arch, but the regular ones are pretty high. I have one foot that has a much higher arch, and the regulars are fine, but I had to get their slim line for my other foot. The slim line is not as prominent an arch and easier to fit in women's shoes. Both sets take some getting used to and a break-in period, but they definitely help!

Answer:	This shoe has been a gift! I’ve tried many other brands in order for find support, function and style. I have plantar fasciitis and I’m in my feet all day. This shoe is the only thing I wear so I bought two pairs! I highly recommend.

Answer:	It has nice cushion but not high arch support. I found it runs narrow but a very comfortable sneaker the 1080p are a bit more comfortable.
Question:	How to know what size to purchase
Answer:	I bought this in a 9.5 wide and I have the same issues. They are very comfortable. My problem is that where the hammertoe is, it started to wear thru the shoe itself since it is very thin and porous. I think the inner liner slipped down with walking and where my toe is, it is wearing thru. This happened on my first wearing. Maybe I just got a defective pair but check closely before wearing. They are very cute on my feet and the peach color is very nice.

My husband wears 9 1/2 to a 10 we bought a small so it was narrow to go into his work boots fits just fine but if you were going to put it in tennis shoes or you had a wider foot it might not work so you want to get a bigger size so you can cut it to your with just don't cut the arch side

Question:	What is the return policy if the shoes do not fit
Answer:	I had the same issue. Ordered my regular women’s size but when they came in the box said men’s? But the size is my size? I wear 9.5 in women’s which is about 8 for me in men’s. I’m confused by it all. They are also a tad bit wide? Not sure if I should send them back or not.

Answer:	Very excellent just return unworn to local UPS. Ordered wrong shoe twice by mistake 😂 that’s excellent customer service to me.

Answer:	I bought this shoe several times when I was still working in the hospital laboratory and standing all day. I highly recommend it for that purpose. Now that I have arthritis in my feet, these are the only shoes that successfully keep me pain-free.

Answer:	Since it's a leather sneaker they are not as lightweight as a nylon sneaker, but the solid comfort makes up for the heavier shoe. I have a huge bunion on my right foot and it never bothers me in these sneakers. Because of the bunion I usually have to buy a wide in any shoe I wear for an extended time, but because New Balance seem to run wider than other brands I can wear a 9B all day without feeling any discomfort. I love these shoes.
Question:	Is men’s medium equal to a D width
Answer:	No. These run smaller and I think narrower. I ordered 7.5 and had to return them for an 8.00. They were just as narrow as the smaller size so ordered wide. Once you get the correct fit, they are great.
