Answer:	Hi,Sorry for the late reply. I have a Saucony which I used for Zumba before I bought the Ryka. I find it more difficult to do moves like turning, twisting and pivoting. There are times when I almost tripped. Maybe it's just me. After I bought the Ryka, recommended by my Zumba instructor, I do not encounter such problem anymore. From my understanding, Ryka shoe base has a circle at the ball of the feet which helps you to turn, twist or pivot much easier & smoother. I personally find that it fit my feet well and has more cushioning than my Saucony. This makes wearing them comfortable. Hope this helps.

Just know that not everyone's feet work in these- my son wears a 6.5 (he can wear my shoes) but because his baby toe is as long as his big toe almost, he has to go way up size wise to accommodate the baby toe length and they are too long.

The vida rzx features the rzx technology platform. With ultra flex in the forefoot, the alternating flex grooves on the top and bottom of the midsole, and in the rubber outsole, rzx reduces forefoot pressure during workouts. The re-zorb® in the heel is designed to absorb impact and provide cushion all the way to the flex zone.

Question:	What width Is the size
Answer:	Hi! I do not know the answer to this question, however, vendors often do not carry my sneakers in wide size. If you go to YouTube, look up how to lace sneakers to give you that extra width. I've been re-lacing for years and this method does give me that extra foot width I require. Cheers!
Question:	Do the bottoms of shoe have much traction? My current shoes are sliding around on flooring at gym and its becoming frustrating
Answer:	I haven't had any issues with sliding. But both my gyms have rubber mat flooring, so I haven't tried them on a wood floor. I do really like these shoes.
Question:	I'm currently doing some high impact cardio and have flantar fasciitis. Anyone know how these hold up to high impact arch support
Answer:	I'm using the RZX for high impact Jazzercise and I am getting enough support through my arches and enough cushion in the ball and heel of the shoe. I teach with these shoes at least 5 days a week. However, with plantar fasciitis you may want to avoid high impact cardio and adjust to low impact. You should be able to keep up the intensity, but with less impact your foot will feel better and may heal faster.
Question:	Do these shoes have a large toe box
Answer:	I have wide feet, and these shoes have enough room for my toes. These fit wonderful. Best tennis shoe I have ever worn. I go walking 5 to 6 days a week, walk over 6 1/2 miles per day & the shoes are soooo comfortable . I now have 8 pair. The their cross training shoes are even better for wide feet. Hope this helps!
