Answer:	I'm not sure for this model since I bought it and give to someone else. But another G-shock that I'm wearing(GW5600j1) has no problem with any weather condition, mountain, snow, rain, swimming in the ocean. I have mine for 7 years now.

In order to clip in with your new shoes, you'll need to install a set of SPD cleats. The Slipstream will not come with SPD cleats, so you will need to purchase these separately.

Look Delta Pedal

The Slipstream will NOT work with your pedals if they look like this.

Some bikes, such as Pelotons, will come equipped with these Delta style pedals. This is a different cleat than what our shoes use.

You can very easily install new SPD-compatible pedals on your bike if you would like to change that. Search online for guidance.

Dual Pedal

If your pedal has both SPD and Delta style connections, then you're good to go!

Some pedals come equipped with a different connection method on each side of the pedal. As long as one side of your pedal can accommodate an SPD cleat, you can use our shoes with ease (as long as you have an SPD cleat installed, of course).

Answer:	No there are no plates.
Question:	Are these good for a Beginner Peleton
Answer:	The cleat attachment points are recessed into the tread of the shoe so clears not required. Soles are not road racing stuff, but quite rigid for good power transfer. I currently ride in these with flat pedals and no socks for comfort. I’ve ridden about 100 miles so far with them and have no complaints.

Answer:	I wear a US size 8 wide, and ordered a size 39(UK) or 8.5 US. They fit great! So yes, you may want to size up.

Answer:	This shoe is only available in one standard width, so unfortunately we don't have wide models. It does run a little on the wide side compared to Shimano and Pearl Izumi shoes, so it might work well for your needs.

Answer:	These cleats are not compatible with any specific bike. They are compatible with an SPD bike pedal and a cycling shoe. Cleat goes on show to allow connection to an SPD pedal.
Question:	my shoes have no mounting plates or nuts - description says they are optional - are they included
Answer:	cycling shoes, designed to accept cleats, are required. The cleats come with hex bolts and metal shim plates. But again, the shoes must have the threaded holes to accept the bolts and hold the cleats firmly in place. Shoes are typically more generic, and not SPD specific. So, cycling shoes can accept these SPD style cleats, or Crank Bros Egg Beaters (my preference), or other designs.
Question:	Are these cleats compatible with echelon bikes
Answer:	It's not the bike but the pedals. If the pedals are SPD compatible, then they will work. If you can't change the pedals and they are not SPD,s pedals, then they will not work.

Answer:	They are narrow. My feet are narrow but I found out that you have to buy one size up to cycle in them. They are the exact fit if you buy your shoe size therefore my toes cramp when I cycle in them. I have to order one size up.

Question:	How do I Pay with gift card
Answer:	You can use the SPD bundle version of the Pista for M324 pedals, but honestly it isn't optimized for that style of pedal. Something like the Tommaso Terra or Tommaso Venezia would be a much better choice for an M324, as they have a recession for SPD style cleats and are much easier to walk in for SPD users.
Question:	What size if I wear a us
Answer:	This shoe is only available in one standard width, so unfortunately we don't have wide models. It does run a little on the wide side compared to Shimano and Pearl Izumi shoes, so it might work well for your needs.
Question:	Can I use this with shimano M324 pedals
Answer:	Yes

Answer:	Should be OK. I am a Size 9.5 US and there were no 9.5 option and I went for size 10 US and they are very comfortable. A little space but with Sports Sox they are good!! Your Husband's regular shoe fit should mirror what you need for these shoes.

Answer:	Hi, these shoes and cleats work perfectly with the Peloton bike. The reason for the reviews is that sometimes Peloton pedals are really tight when they are new. Fix help break them in, you can flip the pedal upside down and adjust the tension of the pedal's spring with a 3mm allen key. Peloton pedals always require a good amount of force to get in and out of, especially when new, before the springs get broken in. Answer:	If I looked at the correct bike you have, you only need regular shoes since the pedal uses a cage only. These shoes are only used with clip in pedals. They come blank so the correct attachment and pedal system can be bought for what you need.

Answer:	Yes if you buy the cleats. You want Look Delta cleats. Don’t accidentally by Look Keo, those are different. They’re reasonably affordable and typically come in two kinds - 9 degree float and 0 degree float. Beginners should stick to the 9 degree float. Advanced riders, especially those who are out of the saddle a lot and dancing might be more comfortable in the 0 degree float Look Deltas.
