Answer:	As with all teak wood it will fade or bleach out. it needs some type of oil to keep its color and stop it from drying out. I use Cabot Australian Timber oil, this darkens the finish. You could also use Teak oil which is commonly used on boats. You will have to clean and reapply every few years. I have two rocker and a table with six chairs. The table and chairs are at lease 6 years old and looking good. The color is a lot darker then when new. enjoy!
