Answer:	India uses a 3 round pin type D plug, Which this set does not have an adapter for. Some places in India, the sockets are also set up to accept the two round pin type C European plug. To be safe, it would be best to buy an additional type C to type D adapter.

Answer:	I was in Thailand prior to universal shutdown last year, it works perfectly there with the used of the applicable adapter for that region.

Answer:	Actually what you have pictured here is only a case for the item you are asking about. The case fits the adapter perfectly and I am very glad we purchased it for the adapter. The adapter is sold separately and it worked like a charm for us. We are accustomed to 110 or 120 power but throughout Scotland we had 220, and this adapter was great. It powered hair driers and razors, I cannot speak to your hair clipper question, but I cannot imagine it would present a problem. Rayon and viscose are made from regenerated (processed) wood. In China and much of SE Asia , where fast growing bamboo is abundant their Rayon/Viscose is most commonly made of Bamboo. Yes, it is a fiber made entirely from the processed and reprocessed (regenerated) plant wall (cellulose) of Bamboo. As far as the plastic smell ..... maybe you are smelling the 5% SPANDEX!

With the david archy ones I fall out all the time but they are cotton also vs. Spandex so it might be the cotton. That being said these make me feel more confident and SOOOO much more comfortable.
