Answer:	Mine is for a queen size and length measures 86 - however I still have about two inches to the wall - I installed mine so that it sits beside the bed instead of at the foot of the bed. With it being short I have the short end by the head of the bed and I have to stretch the canopy back to go behind headboard. I wanted an economical fix so I could use by antique bed as a canopy and I've had it for over six months and still enjoy it.
