Answer:	Don't know about pre-shrunk, but have washed the shirts twice so far in cold water and dried them in the dryer and they did not shrink. Hope this helps. FYI one shirt is navy blue and it did not bleed during washing.

Answer:	I don't know specifically, but I always get T sizes for the extra bit of body and arm length that come with it. Long would mean the same I think. I put in a second order for these shirts after reading reviews about sizing and the first shirts were great quality, priced right, and fit just right.

Answer:	No, this one has regular buttoms in the cuffs, so you have to modify the cuffs in order to use cufflinks. And I do not recomed it. There are some other shirts designed for this pourpose here, look for them.

Answer:	These are generalized sizes. XL, 2XL, S, M, ect, are all sizes created to fit the general public. If you don't fit a size 2xl because it's too long but the sleeves are too short you're going to have to buy specific sizes like what you mentioned.

Answer:	I have two of these shirts. They are very nice, especially down here in the South. I cannot vouch for their being iron free. I have mine laundered. My guess is you don't absolutely have to iron them, but they are probably going to look like the picture: rumpled.
