If they are lighter denims, they are likely NOT 100% cotton like the real Levi's were back in the day. The pair I purchased said "shrink to fit" rigid, and were 100% cotton and a very dark denim. These are the only ones I have found that are even close to the good old levis, unless you look on the levis web site and are prepared to shell out over $100 and up.
