Interesting question, because I live in South Florida and 33-degrees might as well be Alaska to us ... but having said that, it it very windproof and has a fabric lining, so if you wore a nice fleece hoodie underneath I think you would be fine. Just bear in mind, it's designed to keep you dry .. NOT warm, but it will cut the wind enough that you can stay toasty if you wear something warm underneath. I would suggest you buy one size larger than you normally would to make room for whatever you wear undrneath. Helly Hanson tends to run a little on the smaller side. I bought one size larger and it fits me great.

Answer:	It is a fairly heavy rubber feeling jacket and it has a lining inside. I have worn it a few times and feel it is probably good down to 40 or so degrees by itself or easily more with some layers.

Answer:	From my perspective the jacket does run slightly small through the shoulders. I am normally a XXL with a 36" sleeve, 51"-52" chest size and neck size of 17 1/2 to 18". I have this coat is in a XXXL and everything fits well except the shoulders are slightly tight as i move about.
Question:	How does it fit
Answer:	i ordered a large and that is what it says on the jacket but it does not fit.
