Interesting question, because I live in South Florida and 33-degrees might as well be Alaska to us ... but having said that, it it very windproof and has a fabric lining, so if you wore a nice fleece hoodie underneath I think you would be fine. Just bear in mind, it's designed to keep you dry .. NOT warm, but it will cut the wind enough that you can stay toasty if you wear something warm underneath. I would suggest you buy one size larger than you normally would to make room for whatever you wear undrneath. Helly Hanson tends to run a little on the smaller side. I bought one size larger and it fits me great.

Answer:	I am 5'11" 190 lbs 42" chest and 34" waist. I got a Large and it fits like an XL. Everything about it is oversized, so if you are between sizes, I'd get the smaller one.

Answer:	If you mean at the wrists there is some extra material there and velcro fastening strips to tighten the fit either around your wrist or a glove. They both work; it depends what kind of glove...There are no vents where the sleeves meet the body of the jacket, if that's what you mean. Nice vent at the back though...
