Answer:	Here's a little help on the straps. If you look at the listing pics, the some colors show the straps with elastic "nubs" on each side of the strap -- these straps are elastic and are the older version. Other colors show a smooth satin finish strap -- these are the new models and do not stretch. My preference is the new model, the older model with the stretch straps and nubs were a nuisance to adjust.

Answer:	I normally wear a large, so I ordered mine in X-large, just to give myself room for shrinkage. It wouldn't matter what size I ordered. Their X-large were the size of a medium. The sleeves and pant legs were too long. I don't know who put it together, but I returned it. Very disappointed, because I really needed a pair of 100% cotton pj's. I would not order again.
