The inserts have snaps and are designed to work with their system. If you have pocket style they should work ok. The trainers tend to run small. FYI My son is on the skinny to average side and he grew out of the trainers pretty fast

Also they are warm in the colder weather.

They also act like all fat tall people have short legs and for woman all fat women are short. I mean seriously what do people have to do to find close that fit. Even trying to buy shoes. To me, it seems that the clothing industry is stuck back in time when most of the population was short. Now there is a heck of a lot of tall people and they shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get clothes and shoes that fit. Seriously can we get some men's pants with 36" inseams? Sorry I had to rant somewhere good grief. I have been on this computer all freaking day trying to find pants that fit my husband.
