Answer:	I am not that familiar with the Colt Mustang .380 but it will probably fie in that ankle holster. I use mine with the Ruger LCP 380 which, I believe is a little smaller than the Colt Mustang .380. Yes, it is a "womens" wallet, but I got the black, and one can't tell that it is a "womens" wallet. Fits neatly into my front pocket, and I'm able to remove/insert my cards with ease.
