Question: how do i know my right size frames
Answer: I don't use MAC foundation so I can't answer this exactly, but I know that NC15 is about as light as you can get and is also for people w/ yellow undertone. I would recommend the Radiant or the Ivory. Radiant is lighter but the swatch looks more like it's for more of a pink undertone. I have the Ivory and it's really light as well but does work for the yellow undertones I have. Hope that helps.

Question: hi ,my soon is 14 . would they fit or is big
Answer: I bought this for sciatica and since it did not come with directions I looked up u tube videos by physical therapists using a foam roller. This particular one is very firm and dense and at first is uncomfortable to use but helped some. I have since seen medium and softer foam rollers on u tube that are said to work just as well. I would ask your doctor about using this one on your back as it is really firm and dense. As I said above, I specifically bought it to work on my sciatica. So I would suggest looking up u tube videos for back pain using a foam roller before purchasing and again clearing it with your doctor to avoid further pain.
