Answer:	I'm not sure that I know what you mean by lens clips, but these do come with the nose piece and the connecting components of the ear pieces. These are integrated bits of the metal that include tiny knobs that insert into holes already formed in the lenses. I was very fortunate to find a local eyeglass Labs guy who was able to assemble mine for me. As I recall, there are tiny silicone washer-type pieces to bind the knobs into the holes in the lenses that I believe we're also included, but I am not certain. These pieces are a wonderful attribute, ---but then I had cataract surgery and my prescription was no longer valid -shucks.
