Answer:	No, I feel nothing at all. The bottle is easy to remove and install back, with out breaking your stride. The pouch is a little snug for an IPhone 6, but it fits and I can run with it. You also have a little room for help pack inside. My long runs have become much more enjoyable. In fact, because of this product. I can now run further and longer, since I am not stuck running a distance that’s easy for me to get back to my sitting water bottle. I can now run 13 miles anywhere, since my bottle of water is right with me.

Answer:	I have 14 inches (by 1.5 inches) of extra velcro belting left over after tightening to fit. Since the end of the belt is finished with a fixed hard plastic plastic "cap" over the end of the belt, there is no way to cut it to size. The fabric and velcro are much too thick to do that - and the fabric would just ravel.

Answer:	The wasted size is very large... I’m a 44” maste and it has at least 6 inches more to accommodate In that area... the other question about the gun I use this to carry my flock 19 sometimes... I would not go any bigger than that, The gun does fit but it has 2 elastic mag holders and while 2 mags fit in that area it’s very tight! I honesty only carry one extra mag because I’m that area i feel that 2 mags could possibly have negative effects in unzipping the holster quickly.

Answer:	Unfortunately no, the sock that the gun fits into does not have any room for a tactical light, i have one and i had to remove it . It does however keep the gun very secure and i have space for an extra mag inside and with quick release, access to gun is no more than 2 seconds . This is the best fanny made in my opinion and my second one in a decade
