Answer:	It'a very very light. Don't even need to ask. Probably as much as a Tshirt. That's why I love this Samsonite luggage protector. The lightest I could find that is very strong nylon. I bought a LARGE and it's a very tight fit over my 62" softside Samsonite. I like that it is and then wrap it with several layers of mailing tape. So are nobody has opened my bags at any airport. FYI I spray paint my black nylon bags with ugly yellow zigzag lines so nobody dares steal it off the conveyor belt.
