Answer:	Hello Andrew,There is no "minimum" that it will fit technically. The entire outside of the band is the "loop" side of Velcro, so the end of the band with the "hook" side will grab anywhere on the band. Therefore, you could wrap this band around your arm if you wanted to. The only issue would be excess material from wrapping it. If you have under a 44" belly I would consider going with our standard size Ultimate Belly Band Holster and not get the XL. But the XL will fit as small as needed. Answer:	I suppose anything is possible. The way the clasp that sits over trigger is constructed i dont have that concern. The strap its self is strechy material, but the clasp cover is rigid leather..(leather like?) It feels safe to me, and i tried, triplely sure, that i was unloaded, and made every possible move to see if that would happen.

Answer:	Yes. It’s a tight fit but it’s easy to put on and works just fine with my Core Home Fitness adjustable dumbbells.

Answer:	I use mine with the standard, 6-sided cast dumbbells. Have used it with a 50 pound dumbbell with no issues. Clasp is sturdy, handle is very comfortable for all types of lifts. I have hit myself with the edge of a dumbbell a couple times, but that's operator error. This is one of those "wish I had thought of that" type of inventions. I'd give it 5 of 5 stars.
