About Everlast

The name Everlast is synonymous with boxing. Renown internationally as a manufacturer of boxing equipment, Everlast started out as a swimwear manufacturer in 1910. Headquartered in the Bronx, NY, the company was founded by 17-year-old Jacob Golomb. The son of a tailor and an avid swimmer, Jacob Golomb was dissatisfied with the durability of swimsuits because they barely lasted a season, so he began making suits that he guaranteed would last for a full year. In 1925, Golomb designed elastic-waist trunks to replace the leather-belted trunks then worn by boxers. These trunks, now known as boxer trunks, immediately became famous. Jacob Golomb ran the business until he passed away in the early 1950s and his son, Dan, took over. In 1958, Ben Nadorf joined Everlast and purchased 50% of the company from the Golomb family. Answer:	Yes. I wash mine all of the time by placing in a garment bag and throwing in the washing machine. Hand washing is another option that may extend the life of the wraps.

Answer:	Lol oddly enough both my lifting straps and tape measure are in my nightstand right next to me. I just measured they are exactly 21.5 inches end to end. Hope that helps. They are good straps. I've kick the crap out of them and not a single stitch has come loose and there are no signs of wear. I hold up bars with over 300 on them often and they've held up for about ten months now very well. Harbinger is the only brand of straps and gloves I ever use; I've never had a problem.

Answer:	Yes I have never used wraps. I only use these and they are always under my boxing gloves

Answer:	They do run true to size. I bought the same size as other brands of gloves I own and they fit perfectly. Heads up, most boxing gloves stretch as you wear them. If you buy them too big they will only get bigger.

Answer:	You can use these to lift but I wouldn't recommend it. The palms aren't designed for gripping the gnarled steel of barbells/dumbells and will tear to shreds. I know first hand because I used an old pair for this purpose and within a couple weeks they were unusable as I had completely torn off the rubber support on the palms.
Question:	How do I pick my size for the gloves? Think my hands are on the small side
Answer:	I have small hands (I'm a size 6 3/4 in regular women's gloves), but found that the size small gel wraps were too tight. My fingers were numb by the end of my first workout. I tried on some mediums at a store near me, but they were too big in the hand, though they felt better around the fingers. It would be useful to have a measurement chart available before ordering.

Answer:	You could probably make it fit, but it would probably be at an angle. If I recall, most adult rackets are 27" and up.

Answer:	It does have that piece in the bottom that comes in a lot of bags where u can leave it in or take it out. And I do keep ours flattened out when not in use. It's actually a pretty sturdy bag, but it's a little smaller than I thought. It still, however, will hold a good bit as there are extra pockets for toiletries. Hope this helps.

Answer:	No, not fully loaded. It definitly wouldn't fit in the luggage size racks they have at the counters. But then I don't recommend buying this bag because it is poorly designed and poorly made; it fell apart after 1/2 hour use carrying about 15 pounds.

Answer:	12"Hx12Wx20"L, just for the big middle bag. There are a couple of 3"W sides to bring the total length to 26". I hope this helps. I have 3 of this bag, really love the size.

Answer:	Mine is 20 inches long and 10 inches deep. It's a great bag. Holds a lot more than I thought it would. I tend to over pack and this bag will hold 4 t shirts, 4 pairs of sweat pants, a robe, toiletries, socks etc and make up and snacks. I just love it. Oh and a small blow dryer. And pajamas.

Answer:	Even with the shoulder strap, less than a pound. It's made of sturdy material, but not the thin, lightweight nylon material. The nice thing about the material is that it stands open while you pack.

Answer:	It is a perfect bag to travel with. We just returned from San Francisco and Hawaii and could not have been more pleased with it. We packed snacks, our Kindles and other items we really needed for the flight, It did fit under the seat and can hold a lot in the two side pockets. I highly recommend it.
