Answer:	Not leather, kind of a wipe off water proof material. I really really like it. It keeps everything together and safe. I put our cash, pass ports, ids, credit cards etc and wear it as a cross body. Size: about the size of a hard back book, but not as thick, of course.

If you are buying this item for a passport, then fine, but don't bother with this or any other RFID-blocking wallet for credit cards. It's a made-up threat just to sell you a product you don't need. Most credit cards have a magnetic stripe and the new chip, but most do not have RFID. For the few credit cards with RFID, it still does not matter much since an RFID reader would have to be VERY close to your card to read the data. Furthermore, there is no documented case of any credit card breached by someone reading RFID in a crowd. Don't worry about it. It's not worth spending money to prevent. Do you wear a helmet to protect yourself in the event a meteorite hits your head? Thousands of meteorites hit the Earth every single day. Why aren't you wearing a helmet? Think about that.
