Answer:	Yes books would fit but depending on how thick it is. I put 1 binding folder, 1 text book and notes and still have room. I've been using this for couple weeks now and it worked great at first but now it's fallin apart already my things in it are not even that heavy! The screw that holds the handle came off already. I can't use the handle anymore so I have to hand-carry it.. Which is the main reason I bought a rolling bag so I don't have to carry my things . Answer:	Hello,The only time I tried it I was in a small airplane and there was one seat next to mine. Most of the bag fit but it went into the other passengers leg room slight, maybe only an inch or so. If I was on the other side of the plane, with only one seat, I'm not sure it would have fit. The gentleman sitting next to me didn't mind so I didn't have to move the bag but if someone really complained, you may need to put it overhead.
Question:	In one answer, someone says this bag is 9 inches thick. In the ad, it says 5 inches. Big difference. Which is correct
Answer:	That would be confusing. On my bag, the main compartment that holds the laptop is 5 inches thick. That includes the little bumpout on the back from the wheel housing. There is another section with 2 zippered compartments on the front that you can see on the 2nd and 3rd pictures on the ad. The thickness of the entire bag with those zippered compartments, it is 9 inches thick. When I have traveled on an aircraft, I was able to get the bag under the seat and in the overhead bin, but on some smaller aircraft, they have checked it at the door at no extra charge. I guess it just depends on the aircraft and how crowded they are. But it's been a great bag for what I need it for.

Answer:	In its collapsed, lowered position the telescoped handle does protrude up from the top surface of the case by approximately 1 - 1.5 inches.

Answer:	I don’t think there’s a warranty.
Question:	Can you get things out of the back compartment without unzipping it all the way to the floor
Answer:	Yes
Question:	Kindly advise regarding to the warranty , is it global or not
Answer:	I suppose the warranty is worldwide. This is a great bag design wise however the wheels are cheap and consequently it doesn't take but six months to year for it to fail. I tried to have the first one I bought fixed and the wheels cost more than the bag.
Question:	Can you put two lap tops in here
Answer:	Yes you can put two laptop. I been travelling using Samsonite Xenon 3.0 with two laptop.

Answer:	Asked pre-purchase from Coolbell (no response thru Amazon Contact Us Button), Amazon, and Square-Trade. Seemed nobody knew what the warranty was or how claims would be handled. Just received the bag. There is a little card directing you to www.coolbell-bag.com (not a protected site). That site directs you to to tianlibag.com (Chinese company manufacturing different brands). Site is not really much use as the English is so horribly fractured. As best I can tell, they provide a 7 day or 15 day warranty. The only other warranty information on their site says return it to Amazon within 30 days (normal Amazon return policy). Since I went ahead and purchased the Square-Trade extended warranty as I felt nobody was providing me any straight answers, will just have to wait and see if the product fails. Should it, then I have three places to seek remedy: Amazon, Square-Trade, FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Frankly, they would have been better served by stating there is no warranty and if you don't want the product, return it within Amazon's normal return window.

Answer:	Yes, it has a strap on the back where you can put it on top of a carry-on. It is a very nice bag.
Question:	What's the difference between the "one size" and the 17" drop down other than price
Answer:	One size = 15" and the other one is a bit bigger at 17" :D

Answer:	The accordion section does not snap out or fold up so is limited to space for individual files.
Question:	I teach a couple college classes and would be carrying a laptop, iPad, and a couple 1-2 inch binders everyday, how do you think it would hold up/work
Answer:	I think that would fit well. With the laptop section completely separate, there is plenty of space for the binders
