Question:	What are the interior dimensions
Answer:	The large is appx. 26" by 17" and the small is 18" by 13". The closed dimensions (without unzipping the extra space is appx. 10" for the large and 7" for the small. Both are quite generous.
Question:	does this meet airlines carry on policies
Answer:	Unfortunately, it depends on what airline you take! It used to meet standards; now they are suggesting new ones, especially for non US-carriers. Check what your airline allows. We bought this because it was one inch smaller than the smallest carry-on we owned. It fit easily in the overhead compartment for our United flight. NOTE: we did not overfill it - it becomes about an inch wider where the zipper is if you can't squeeze it shut.

Answer:	The luggage doesn't come with locks.... but if you bought airline approved locks... take them to the airport and they have a key maybe they'll let you use it

Answer:	the are made of abs which is one of plastic,it is harder than inline skate rubber so it can provide a good experience

About the lock can't be opened you mentioned, we guess that the lock code might be revised during production process, you can try follow the instructions below to find your previous password: 1, carefully observed below digital turntable lock, use the flashlight, rotating disk password, you will see a small hole (very small) 2, Make three holes pointing at one direction (the direction as shown), at this time record these three figures. 3, the three figures minus 2 (or 3), the result is the password you previously set. For example, when I go to the 259, the holes are facing the same direction as shown, while every number of 259 minus 2, that is 037 and 037 is the password you set before. Please refer to the picture in attachment. Now you have finished resetting the lock. Please remember your new password by heart. Answer:	hard plastic wheels not ball bearing. pretty cheaply made.

Answer:	They will nest. But out of the four pieces only the carry on returned home. Had to have the airline replace the luggage. All this in the first trip used. I would not buy it.

Answer:	Tried to return since it was not as rugged as I wanted. The company is charging me original shipping fees that were free originally plus 15% restocking fee plus must ship on my own with no assistance and must track to notify them once it arrives at their destination. This is ridiculous. Obviously I cannot not return because it would cost a great deal! Ridiculous that I have to monitor return then let them know when it arrives at THEIR facility!! No phone to call them. They only send email at 1:40 in morning. No way to communicate to a person.
