Question:	United's limit is 22 x 14 x 9. Does it mean this one will not fit
Answer:	This bag has been sizer bin tested during development so we don't have any concerns about it not fitting. The overall dims including handles and wheels are 21.75" x 15.75" x 7.75". The width is a little bit over primarily due to the side carry handle but most sizer bins don't have a top and they have roughly and additional 1" play in the other directions.
Question:	How does this bag do on rougher, uneven terrain, or on thin carpeting (sometimes found in airports)? thanks
Answer:	I took a trip to London/UK with the medium sized (25 in) and an older Travel Pro carry-on roll aboard. In addition to the usual airport/hotel stuff, we traveled the Tube, trains, busses, walked through streets, and both pieces of luggage held up well. I often used the larger suitcase to carry the smaller one, though that got tiring after a while. At one point, we walked nearly 2 miles including across cobble stones, cracked sidewalk, curbs, and the luggage did a great job. I prefer the spinner wheels to the roll aboard wheels for this type of travel and am thinking of adding an international carryon size with the spinner wheels. The only trouble I had was more about weight (which is what I deserve for overpacking!). Walking down steep subway steps holding a 40 lbs case in one hand and a 25 lbs case in the other is not something I'd recommend.

Answer:	The 21" Spinner is designed for domestic travel but will work on some international airlines. We also offer an Int'l Spinner that is more compliant with int'l requirements. The overall dims including handles and wheels of the 21" spinner are 23" x 14.5" x 9" and the overall dims for the Int'l spinner are 21.75" x 15.75" x 7.75".

Answer:	We returned because one of the problems was that the handle didn't go all the way back down properly. It was very long, but I don't remember the exact height.

Answer:	Yes, it has a Velcro strap that can be separated away, so that the handle of a larger rollaway suitcase can go through it.
Question:	does this bag fit under the airline seat
Answer:	It may fit under some but I would recommend the Max 5 Rolling UnderSeat Carry-on. It has a softer design so it can be compressed a little if needed.

Answer:	This bag was sizer bin tested to accommodate overhead bins on most major US airlines.
Question:	How is it different from the Maxlite
Answer:	This particular model is the same as Max4 except for a modified aesthetic. Primary difference in the collection is the 1/2 lb weight reduction in most of the Spinner and 2 wheeled models.
Question:	Silly question: who has tips on packing this thing? Got it for husband and he said his suits were all wrinkled. What’s he doing wrong
Answer:	I have had a similar bag that I pack for my husband’s travel for the last 8 years and have had very good success with using plastic covers from the cleaners over suits and separately over shirts. I put in suits first. You have to smooth the suit out and then fold or roll the sides to fit in the suitcase, using the plastic bag in between the folds. I try to put no more than 2 shirts per cleaners bag to have more control. For the shirts, I cross the arms from the shoulder so that it resembles if you held you hands in front of you, smooth it all out and then again roll it in using the plastic in the crease. Then I make sure to use the snap in straps and especially the foam roller strap in the middle, to keep it all tightly in place, before closing. He usually is able to carry a suit, extra pair of slacks and 3 dress shirts in the hanging compartment. Any other items go in the pockets folded. He is 6’1 and average build, so the shirts and suits do hang over the sides, but the rolling technique has worked well. Also, the plastic helps with creases from folding up from the bottom. Last tip is be careful that the cuffs do not get placed in a fold. They need to be somewhere below the foam roll, but above the bottom fold. When he gets where he is going, immediately take everything out and hang it in the closet. If needed, you can hang things in the bathroom and run the shower to steam it out a little.

Answer:	I’ve done 4 size 38 slim suits and 8 dress shirts. Not seeing how more than double that would fit unless you vacuumed packed the items.

Answer:	There is a heavy duty plastic "sleeve" where you can place one pair of shoes. I've had this garment bag for a year and am pleased with it and it has held up well. SR

Answer:	If you undue the two buckles at the top the rounded corners become straight and you can easily zip open and closed.
