Answer:	Yes this backpack does hold a standard plastic or paper folder designed to hold 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper.

Answer:	No it’s a fabric backpack. Also a tad bit smaller then a regular back.
Question:	Is this backpack water resistant? Like the cat version, my daughter will be attending a new school and will be a walker. I want her to have something
