Answer:	Yes, it is. The backpack is very durable. It lasted through the last half of the year for my granddaughter who was finishing up 6th grade. Answer:	Sorry I live in the US and we don't use the metric system. If you are asking if it's light weight, it is. It's on the small size but holds a lot and is very comfortable to carry.
Question:	It looks like there is rubber or plastic along the outside of the straps, is that how it really is? Is it bulky
